It is disgusting that we have legal alcohol, which I'm sure this guy drinks recreationally. But medical merijuana that would was suffering for thousands is not legal. We have medical legal drugs that have much worse side effects, but medical merijuana is somehow not legal. If big pharma could patent medical merijuana, how much you want to bet it would be legal now? Shame on him and this legislature. He needs to step down now-- he is only interested in his own pockets and whomever can fill them. Not in the welfare of Pennsylvanians.

His actions show he's in the pocket of companies who don't want it legalized. He's not for the people, he's for himself. Get him and ppl like him out of our government. What a P.O.S.

Absolutely ridiculous that he feels the need to stop a vote on a substance that could quite literally saves the lives of so many children and adults that suffer from debilitating seizures, chronic pain as a result of many ailments and diseases. His personal interests should never come into play when it comes to something of this magnitude and the health of so many that could benefit from this. He needs to put himself in the shoes of these poor children and their families and see what it is like to see someone you love and care about have 200+ seizures a day, for the cancer patient who can't eat because the chemo drugs make them so naseaous they can't hold the food down and the pain is so overwhelming all they can do is sustain their lives by sitting in a chair all day. I think if he actually would do his job and represent the citizens he was elected to represent and their voices, NOT his own and realize this could be life changing for so many individuals and their families. Get him out of office NOW!

5 years ago I suffered a severe and traumatic brachial plexus injury. To put it more simply-the nerves that control my arm were destroyed, and my arm lost its function, and with that, it became what we could call sickly. It lost all muscle because there is no nerves to bring electricity, nutrients, movement, feeling or ANYTHING in my arm...anything execpt pain.
Nerve pain is-I am convinced-one of the most painful things anybody could ever feel or experience.
So not only can I not move my right arm, but it is in an intense, incredible amount of pain. I would describe this pain as such- you are being stabbed by the worlds sharpest knife and slowly it is being dragged up and down your hand and arm The knife is connected to an outlet, and as it is being stabbed, shocks offspring electricity are being shot into your arm. Hot, steaming, boiling oil is poured over your hand. Anytime you touch anything, even a soft soft soft pillow made for its soft and comfortable exterior...to touch with your hand feels like scraping a box of pins and needles that dig into your flesh. This pain does not go away.
Now I have been being prescribed narcotic nerve pain for years. Not only have I become dangerously addicted to this dangerous type of drug that I have been prescribed completely legally...but it does not help me much, and instead what it does is hurt not only me, but my family who has to watch DIE (not an exaggeration) because these pills that I am told I am legally allowed to take are killing me....and they are only second best!!!!
Marijuana has saved me, and if I were to be caught with it, I would be sent to prison. I could be sent to prison for nothing more than attempting to help my arm pain. Not only does the plant of marijuana help my arm pain incredibly, but it goes up into my brain and does incredible things for my mind as well! It has helped me in amazing ways, such as helping me find God and Jesus Christ and true happiness in my life. It helps me to think

People have been using marijuana before Christ was born it helps others live better lives you know government is still gonna make money off of it so what's your problem
