Call For The Jefferson County Commission to Fire Mark Wilson and Remove the Mask Ordnance

Where As, Dr. Mark Wilson has over stepped and abused his authority as the County Health Officer for Jefferson County, Alabama multiple times during the CoVid19 crisis, this petition therefore calls on the Jefferson County Commission to take the following actions immediately:
1) Remove Dr. Mark Wilson from his role at the County Health Officer for Jefferson County Alabama.
2) Require that all future health orders, by the new and/or interim health officer be approved by a majority vote of the county commission every 7 days.
3) Remove the countywide mask ordnance and leave the decision of any future mask orders to be made by the individual cities in Jefferson County.

He has been so grossly hateful towards my industry....he has talked down to us and made us feel non important by telling us we're non Essential
This mask ordiance and threat of fines for not wearing one is against the Constitution of the US. You are settimg yourself up to be sued.
Wearing a mask is a danger to so many!!!! Let it be your decision if you wear or not!!
As is my right as a born free citizen of the United States of America, I will not comply.
Ignoring the dangers of exercising with a mask on and the reduction of oxygen levels. Or that a mask is not that effective anyway..
Enough already. Power corrupts. Ego is a terrible thing to waste.

Dr. Mark Wilson needs to be terminated as Health Czar of the Jefferson County Department of Health. There are absolutely no proven studies that back the safety and effectiveness of wearing a mask to combat the spread of Corona virus. We are tired of being forced to wear masks. Those who want to wear them are welcome to. Those who choose not to should not be forced to take these draconian measures.
