We, the citizens of the City of Chelmsford in the County of Essex, call upon Chelmsford City Council and Essex County Council to acknowledge the honour conferred on our City through its designation as a Diamond Jubilee City and to reflect this honour by modifying, replacing or erecting appropriate signeage at the earliest possible opportunity.
