Call for Resignation: School Board Member Towanna Murphy Must Step Down

Teachers are held by high standards and so should board members.

Her behavior has been consistently unethical and blatantly disrespectful. Murphy doesn't deserve to represent anyone in our city.

It is never OK to threaten to have a student deported . Especially when we have a nutcase in the White House that ran on deporting our Indigenous and darker complected people— This is conduct unbecoming of an elected official

She clearly expresses her way in a unprofessional way and if she is capable to carry herself this way and unable to be professional and considerate of her words and actions than what can we expect on She will address or treat our children. She is unfit for this position.

I've spent my whole life as a teacher. She's an embarrassment to our city.
