A bad leader can take a good plan and destroy it, while a good leader can take a bad plan and make it work. – John C. Maxwell. Murphy lacks accountability, emotional intelligence, empathy, professionalism, integrity, knowledge of leadership. She lacks everything that a good leader should be. Leaders do not conduct themselves in such a manner as Murphy has. Her selfishness, moves of retaliation, racist remarks, cursing, and her defensive character do not make the situation better. It is pitiful that people have to be forced to entrust their children to her. She needs to be removed before she continues to destroy our school system and our school system’s already rocky reputation. Having someone like her is not only a bad representation of her leaders but also the system that allows her to remain in power.

She needs to understand that whatever she post on media it’s a forever thing. She represents the school district, she represents your KIDS. If she can respect the parents of the kids , she’s definitely not respecting the kids.
