His behaviour and actions were both unprofessional and insulting. As an elected representative he should respect the decisions made by the council. He has shown himself to be incapable of that and so I believe a vote of no confidence is most definitely called for.

the councillor cantt see what is happening in palestine and israrel terrorism, injustice and humiliation of humanity he must be a very indescent and in sensitive towards all aspects .shamefull behaviour of israel and poeples and nations supporting israel.
