He acted against the wishes of his constituents and his employers. He flew the flag of a sovereign nation. If he is so allied to it, perhaps he should represent the interests of Israelis explicitly.

I am disappointed in David meikle for his action, words and thoughts. I believe if he spent one day in the palistine as a Muslim he would see how horrible and wrong the Israeli people are. I hope that your actions yesterday will come at a cost of your job and position.

Idiot. We spent all that time calling for a show of solidarity, and after so much effort the city council agreed. This moron doesn't seek any approval and does this. Attention seeking at its finest. Don't want this idiot representing the people.
