The building is not consistent with the planning consent (which, in my view, should not have been granted in the first place).

It’s a complete disgrace how this was ever passed

This building is nothing like the structure for which planning permission was given. The Council needs to show that developers cannot flout the rules and inflict this kind of damage on a treasured conservation area.

I object to this building as is obtrusive and does not fit in with the character and buildings of Headington Quarry. It is an eye sore.

This building is not in keeping with the conservation area. It is also too tall and is hideous.

Planning drawings should be followed fully in a conservation area, or any other area. The Council has a duty to enforce its regulations. Clearly this development is in breach of planning.

Structures must be built in accordance with the approved planning application. Oxford City Council has a duty to enforce planning law.

The apparent unwillingness of the Council to enforce its own planning regulations / guidelines is disgraceful. Why should anyone make an effort to comply?

No comment needed as this clearly does not match the planning permission granted.

The construction isn’t in keeping with the surrounding area, it’s ugly and too big!

The builders should be made to revert the building back to the original plans.

This is totally out of character to the surrounding area and is quite frankly an unnecessary blight on the local landscape
