To large an encampment to be put in a residential area.

This didn't work the last time it was located in this area. So many things to consider and rules to set up.

This is far too close to resorts, and family homes, I'm sure you could find a much more apporate place to locate it.

I think this creates a potential for trespass by residents who want to go to the ocean. I also have concerns about homeless people being tempted to burglarize nearby homes.

I would rather see a more comprehensive plan to deal with homelessness that utilized current resources plus additional County and State resources.

They have to give more thought to the location.

I understand from your response to the concerns of the community that your goal is to help those that are down on their luck and looking for work. Unfortunately I have seen the problems that come along with this. We are concerned for the safety of the community and have seen the negative effect the homeless, addicts and thieves have on our town. This is not the place for this camp.

A project such as this proposed homeless camp/tourist campground needs to be analyzed for benefits vs risks. On the surface this looks to be a very risky proposal for all but the landowner. Please give the community a chance to do some homework and evaluate this project carefully and completely before approval.

We have seen first hand in the Seattle area that tent city's bring negative things to the surrounding area.

I do not believe that this location is appropriate for a homeless camp ground. It is not what the area was zoned for or intended to be used as

This whole process seems to be going way too fast. Please slow this down in order to get reasonable comments and assurances as to the safety and viability of the proposed site.
