We the undersigned citizens of California strongly urge our leadership in the California Federation of Labor, the California Teachers Association, and all other labor groups to initiate a movement to place a progressive initiative or series of initiatives on the California ballot for the next election which PLACES THE BURDEN OF TAXES ON THOSE WHO CAN BEST AFFORD THEM AND RESOLVES THE STATE BUDGET DEFICIT WITH NO CUTS TO SERVICES
