Residents of Clarksburg have waited a long time for local shopping and dining options. Clarksburg Premium Outlets at Cabin Branch - with zoning, traffic, environmental and other approvals in place and the unanimous approval of the Montgomery County Planning Board - is ready to go and we want to see this happen! The Adventist property in the Cabin Branch area of Clarksburg west of I-270 makes the most sense for this type of retail. It will not have a significant traffic impact, will complement Town Center and has no impact on the Ten Mile Creek Watershed. Count me among the many supporters of Clarksburg Premium Outlets at Cabin Branch.
