ESTgames finally responded and agreed to review all blocked IDs with the transparency we asked for. I am honestly stunned that this worked but it only happened because you all refused to stay quiet. Let's keep watching to ensure they actually follow through on these promises.

WE CABAL PLAYERS....
1)have the right to know on what basis was some of our fellow players' id ("BLOCKED ID") blocked by ESTgames.
2)have the right to the guidelines on the blockage or banning of the BLOCKED ID by ESTgames.
3)have the right to a PROMPT response by ESTgames to all emails reported by fellow players in line with the industries' other leading online gaming developer and/or hosts
4)have the right to appeal on any decisions made by ESTgames regarding the said banning of BLOCKED ID
5) have the right to be compensated either financially or a public apology by ESTgames should our fellow peers agree that such ARBITRARY action on the BLOCKED ID are uncalled for and unfair to us cabal players who have throughtout the 8 years of cabals existence online given our utmost support be it in time or money to the game.
WE HAVE THE RIGHTS TO BE HEARD!!!!!

CABAL Global Service . Global employees only pay attention to the opening of many events to make money of the players. The support the players are not interested in. Their faults have caused the players to be unhappy so far these players are still locked account. Support page for player 1 Question 1 Global staff answers remain open and unresolved.

we're disappointed about the way the global staff singapore. you did not even see what we write. What evidence did not prove that the bug or hack voucher players. Why then blocked our ID ??? This page is not working the help desk or did not see a global staff that answers questions.
I'm not blocked but I've known that almost blocked account were just the victims of VC hacking. I hope GM will let them free soon, just do something to make the game balance not change.

Cabal GM GSP please return the ID, we want to play back in this game ......!
