I think it is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting that my child is paying nearly £6000 to be staying in this unfinished accommodation.

My son agreed a contract for a certain service which has not been provided. Any reasonable company would provide a level of reimbursement

I live in G block (worst part of Byron) We miss a sofa and overall a WINDOW in our kitchen since September!! We suffer from the noise coming from the SU every saturday night and cant sleep before 3.30am!! Plus, we cannot compensate it by sleeping in the morning because they are working...

Constant noise, building works dotted all around the campus and the fact that nothing is completely finished or if it has, has been completed in a very poor, rushed effort. The current price we are paying couldn't be any more unjust

The residence should not have been opened this year. It's ridiculous that we're paying nearly £6000 to be constantly disturbed by building works. Disappointing.
