Instead of playing hide and seek with residents about development of the area and trying to cheat rightful owners of stands out of their hard earned cash, why doesn't Bvute an Msipa meet and discuss way forward with residents. Their squabbles have nothing to do with people who legally bought land and paid for it.
Stop this nonsense of cutting people's land, it has been paid for and you signed the agreement of sale meaning you were in agreement with the terms and conditions. As for title deeds they are legit registered at the Zimbabwe Deeds Registry so what verification are you talking about. I have registered title deeds I own the land finish and klaar unless Bvute is trying to tell us that the Zimbabwe Deeds Registry is now issuing fake title deeds.

If the developer runs out of funds to develop the area, they should come out open to us.we don't have a problem on contributing development fund as long their is proper committee management
