I have been spending my time meeting with the neighbors who are worried about the transition home and listening to their concerns. It is clear that we need to keep talking about the reality of what this initiative provides for people who have nowhere else to turn.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels like a weight lifting off my chest because I know exactly how hard these families struggle just to find a roof over their heads. This support proves that our neighbors recognize the value of giving people a stable foundation to rebuild their lives.

Everyone deserves a roof over their head. Glad to see some real help happening here in town.
thank you for doing this. its about time somebody stepped up to help the folks struggling in our neighborhood.
Keep up the good work. Seen too many people sleeping in their cars lately and it breaks my heart.
EL DORADO NEEDS THIS. stop pushing people out of sight and start actually helping them get back on their feet.
finally some common sense. housing first is the only way to fix this mess.
