Marcy Delgado must be fired from the reign of terror he is imposing upon the Students, Parents, Certificated Staff, Classified Staff, Principals, Assistant Principals & Administrators of Bellflower Unified School District.
Dr. Brian Jacobs - now ex superintendent- IS/Was a puppet with Delgado's hand up his backside, why else would YOU, the board, ask for Dr. Jacobs' resignation/retirement before the 2nd semester... BRIAN JACOBS TOOK THE FALL FOR MARCY DELGADO!! AND YOU LET HIM...SHAMEFULL!
He has conspired with Thuy Binh,and where is she now? Thuy Binh was told, by you, to resign or get arrested. What the hell is that? Arrest her and Marcy Delgado.
They have taken district funds and inappropriately used them. Title 1 funds being used to purchase trash cans and anything else they could twist to make it look like it was needed for Title 1 funds. What?? ILLEGAL!!
How many more students's education will suffer due to Marcy Delgado's greed and lack of classroom experience. Marcy Delgado has NEVER TAUGHT IN ANY CLASSROOM.
HE HAS NO EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. He has been given free reign to do as he pleases.
30+ Fantastic teachers have been fired this year? How many from Washington Elementary? 8? And guess who's behind that one....Marcy Delgado and his little minion, Sulema Holguin. New Teachers were NEVER PROPERLY EVALUATED...THEY ARE BULLYING TEACHERS TO PRE-SIGN & DATE BLANK EVALUATION FORMS. ILLEGAL!!
Forcing employees to complete workers compensation documents, which BUSD then declines and upon the employees return, is given Demotion paperwork to a position that was held 34 years prior and with a monetary reduction as well. ILLEGAL!!
Brian Jacobs, (Forced to Retire EX-Superintendent) asked the employee "Why are you taking this so personal"??

You MUST take BUSD back from Marcy Delgado and his inexperienced crew.
With enough signatures, we will officially ask for his firing, NO RESIGNATION!!! He does not deserve the nice treatment like so many that have preceded him.

Malfeasance, corruption and intimidation..This is a man who does not belong in our District.He does not support the goals of the District. He does not care about students or teachers. The sooner he is gone the sooner this District can begin to heal.
As a former employee of BUSD all this is not new! Me all bus drivers got layoff 4 years ago and still waiting on our case, this man been controlling everything in the district and i always asked myself who is he? To make all the decisions!! The district is not his company!! I’m so glad someone is speaking out. He needs to be gone.

I’m a former employee and this isn’t new. I was actually a teacher under Sulema and she fired all new teachers. I asked for help as a new teacher and was given a book and told to read it. She allowed children and parents to slander me with no consequence. It was terrible. They all need to go.
