As a tourist small cafes and restaurants with outside tables is the core of relaxation and inspiration. Without this Altea is not an attraction for me.

This terrace has only pedestrians and no cars. There are no wheel chairs, as it is in the old town of Altea and it is impossible for wheelchairs to pass because of the stairs, not because of the tables. It is ridiculous! If you measure, they even obey the law. There is no excuse for this nonsense!

We live in Casco Antiguo:near to many restaurants and bars. These establishments are a vital and intrinsic part of life in Altea. The Ajuntamiento is being very short-sighted in imposing these draconian measures!!
