The feedback from commuters who are tired of these endless transfers has been heavy and constant. Writing letters to officials remains a slow and draining process but walking away is not an option for me.

The transfer at Bridgeport is a nightmare for people with mobility issues. Give us back our direct route.

My mom is 80 and cant handle trying to switch buses in the rain. Just keep the old route.
