The local council finally caved and Burnholme School is staying open. We beat them down with our persistence and they have officially scrapped the closure plan. Stay sharp because we will be watching their every move to make sure they actually keep their word.

SAVE Burnholme Community College. This fantastic community school has helped loads of kids. This would be a shame to lose the school and we don't want to lose it. Maybe you attended the school, maybe it was your parents or maybe you are a pupil of the school or maybe even you want to send your children. At the moment the best thing you can do to help is by signing this petition and we will send it to the relevant persons as soon as we have a collection of signuatures.

We just hit 250 signatures and the council is starting to sweat because they know we are not going away. Do not underestimate what we can do when we refuse to let these bureaucrats ruin our neighborhood school.
