I have been spending my time meeting with other swimmers who are just as frustrated as I am about the limitations of a smaller pool. It is clear that we deserve a facility that actually supports our training and our future in the sport.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that our community is finally ready to demand a facility that actually supports our athletes. I remember learning to swim in cramped lanes and knowing we deserve better than what is currently planned for our town.

NORTHWICH NEEDS ROOM TO GROW. DONT CHEAP OUT ON US NOW
My kids swim competitively and they have to travel so far just to train properly. Please just build it right the first time!
It’s impossible to get a lane to yourself on a weekend. Way too crowded.
8 lanes is the standard for a town this size. Why settle for less when fixing it now is the only chance we get?
The current setup is way too cramped. Everytime I go to swim laps it’s just people bumping into each other. We really need those extra lanes.

make it 8 lanes. would be a massive waste of money to build a smaller pool that ends up being useless in 5 years.
