Please get on with the much needed bypass! The volume of traffic and aggressive driving due to the delays makes it unsafe when walking my children to the local school.

Must go ahead, traffic is getting worse every year. New houses going up Banwel becoming a main commuter route… causing chaos in the village whilst people rat run the Main Street it’s dangerous, for the people living here…. Shame on the NSC for letting it go on for so many year!

The lack of action in not taking the by-pass forward is unacceptable and bordering on incompetene. This should have been built years ago not only to protect the village and the villagers but also those people who have to use this route to get to work. The man hours lost must be horrendous. I find it strange that planning permission allows large numbers of residential builds around this bottleneck and yet still deliberate about a bypass, disgraceful.

Never known such a nightmare of a road. Effects my work life (driving minibus). Also I spend most of my recreation time sitting in traffic jam here.
