Build Banwell's Bypass

We need the bypass NOW, not in the future,it's got to breaking point for a lot of long suffering residents

Very much needed for Banwell

We need this by pass. Traffic is near on the curbs a danger to public and kids walking them to school

I used to live in banwell when you hit rush hour it's a living hell

Banwell is in desperate need of a bypass, it was promised and agreed it was required by local authorities and government back in 1990's yet over 30 years later its still not even started, in that time more houses are being built in and around Banwell and locking making traffic worse to the point that a 20min journey at night takes 40-60mins during the day everyday

This bypass is needed not just for Banwell but for the surrounding area too. All the housing being built is outside the price range of young people and so attracts commuters to Bristol. There is no reliable public transport or local jobs which is why there are increasing traffic queues and pollution in the village. Build the bypass now!

The pollution levels are above government guidelines. Traffic queues are getting longer due to house building in the all the villages. Lack of public transport or an integrated transport plan for all the housing being built. This bypass has been planned for nearly 100 years yet the local authorities past and present are once again allowing the grass to grow under their feet in the interests of a few. Please get this bypass done for the preservation of North Somersets most historic village and, more importantly the health and welfare of the people living in Banwell.

Please build the bypass ASAP

It is a well known fact that Banwell needs this bypass and has for a long time, it’s only getting worse so please build it now.

The pollution levels alone and the impact on children should be a major factor in the decision making

We need this traffic to fast down wolvershill children getting knocked by vans x tractors as roads to narrow for big vehicles

I live in the centre of Banwell. Traffic passes 20cm from the front of my house which opens onto the road. Because of congestion, traffic sits idling outside, and the fumes are horrible.

We want the bypass.

Can we get this done as soon as possible

Build it!

Much needed,hopefully in place before a fatality occurs,or more damaged buildings and roads.

Every school day young children walk along that road to and from Banwell school. This combined with narrow pavements and frustrated drivers is going to end badly unless something is done!

This so needs to be done ASAP before someone really gets hurt and more damage to property's

Bypass urgently needed before more crashes or loss of life.

The bypass is so needed. The council has allowed new houses to be built which was meant to be a condition of the bypass being built so there should be no question about it being built
