Hi, today I needed to get to Mitchell for a car service. From Sandford St to Well Station is 1.6km and to EPIC 1 km. The latter isn't that far on a cool sunny day. But.. we seemed to stop at the lay-by near the depot for about as long as for a station. So there may as well be a station there too.
If there isn't the traffic to justify that then it would be helpful to clean up the roadside and put in a path between EPIC and Mitchell. During wet weather the walk will be via a mud track unless one walks on the road.

There are lots of dance schools and the like in Mitchell and with parents working they need public transport to get there.

There needs to be a light rail stop at Mitchell. My son uses Phoenix gym and I use Lucas Studios. We would benefit greatly from a stop in Mitchell

I've worked or volunteered in Mitchell since the early 70's it needs a tram stop, just do it.

Yeah, it really makes sense. I need to stop in Mitchell to go to the various stores there, Gym. Hardware, Coffee. I really don't understand why this is skipping a suburb. Think of how much that will give to Mitchell as a whole. Way more business!

Its seems crazy not to have a stop at Mitchell.
Hopefully this petition will help the decison makers come to their senses and think logically.
Personally i could get to yoga when my fiance has our car.
Many people have many reasons!
