It should be for all babies born in Jan 2016 onwards otherwise it is so unfair to those born before 24 Mar 2016

Govt should extend the new budget from Jan 2016 onwards. I just gave birth in Feb & it's unfair to know that we can't entitle to it

We have missed out Sg50 babies benefits, and now we are not part of Budget2016? Hmm are we insignificant?

Just my 4th child on 1 Feb. A $3000 start up CDA grant makes a whole lot of difference to us for healthcare expenses and preschool expenses in the later years. And especially so when we are a single income family who may take a long while to deposit that amount of money into the account.

It should be made retroactive to 1st Jan 2016 so as to be fair to all babies born this year.

I'm a Mother of 2 daughters born on Jan of 2015 and 2016 respectively, as of Budget 2015 it was announced that $2k cash bonus was accorded to babies delivered from first jan 2015 onwards, however, this year's Budget 2016, this $3k CDA amount is only accorded to babies born today onwards, may I point out the inconsistencies and that it's not fair to babies born before today. Since it is Budget 2016, should all babies born this year he entitled to the extra $3k?

I just delivered my 2nd child on 18 March 2016 and would like to benefit from this new grant. I have forked out $7k on hospital bills due to emergency c sec delivery of my child and with this grant in place, it will definitely offset my child's future medical health and infant care bills.

Children born between Jan to 23 March are not entitled to SG50 or the cda bonus!Not fair at all!

I gv birth on the 22nd Feb 2016. It's not fair that the 3k is given starting 24th March. It should be given since 1st jan 2016. I hope u will look into these matters as to be fair to the rest

Talk about equality, It's only equal if all babies born from Jan 2016 be entitled!
