I have spent this week drafting a formal letter to the IT administration that outlines the specific technical limitations affecting student access. My next step is to schedule a meeting with the campus housing department to present these documented concerns.

Fix the lag. We pay way too much for tuition to deal with this garbage connection all night.
WE PAY FOR HIGH SPEED BROADBAND NOT THIS DIAL UP SPEED TRASH. DO BETTER.
It keeps kicking me off every time I try to upload my files. So annoying.
Seriously it is 2016 why are there so many blocks on basic websites? It feels like high school again.
unbelievable. i just want to finish my research project but the server keeps timing out. get it together.

The restrictions are just plain stupid and getting in the way of actual school work.
