National Diploma students should be given a chance to complete the Bachelor of Technology. There are several factors contributing to national diploma students not finishing their courses on time. So the department of education must be considerate when it comes to that.

It's very sad that we cant be funded to study Btech while other institutions do graduate with a degree, but in DUT we have to graduate with diplomas only. The government should do something so that NSFAS can fund us

This is not fair, I have a national diploma and I tried to enroll for my BTech but I couldn't due to financial issues.

Please don't take away B.Tech until there's a bridging available to B.Eng.

The SRC and the university has failed. How can they not make provision for graduates. And accepting people who don't meet the average.

This is unfair, the universities of technology must first cut out enrollment of S1-S4 diploma by 31 December 2019, then allow those who have already enrolled to Finnish their S4, graduate without in service training so that they can do their btech.
