I am a backer and BSX will no longer message me back and they have not issued an update. They llied about timelines and scammed millions of dollars from the kickstarter community. I WANT A REFUND. PLEASE REPORT THIS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. They protect Citizens from this type of scam.

I've asked several times via Kickstarter for my money back and they flippantly said the money was "already spent." Hoping a law firm picks this fight up.

Backed LVL product on kickstarter and was never delivered the product as promised. Updates about product has not communicated delivery date at all. Demand money back.

This is a company that had an idea, but zero technology to support it. They created a Kickstarter campaign with the promise of a working prototype. We have since discovered they were starting from scratch with nominal success in almost 2 years. They make promises of due dates and corporate backers, and then hide in the dark when both of those fall through. This is akin to Theranos and should be taken seriously. The people running the company are JV entrepreneurs at best and scam artists at worst. I support this petition to investigate BSX LVL and seek refunds for the fraudulent claims they have made.
