they put this kickstarter out as a ready to go product, turns out they hadn't even developed any of the product. then they just walked away with our money.

I’ve attempted to contact the company directly multiple times and have never received one response. They did not have a working prototype at the time of the campaign and falsely advertised they were ready for production.
