This is crazy; the fact they failed to meet the guidelines for Kickstarter and there is no support from anyone is crazy. I say go after Kickstarter too for not helping out when one of their vetted projects failed to meet their qualifications to even be offered on their platform.

I purchased this lvl watch for my wife for her birthday. I missed out on the Kickstarter but paid direct for it on the bsx website. I believe that I have been a victim of fraud and theft. I paid $150. for this watch and have written plenty of emails and left voice messages for bad with no response. Now, just today I received an email from them stating that they are going out of buisiness or something so it looks like they are walking away with over a million dollars in other people’s money with no recourse. Time for justice to be served.

Kickstarter is supposed to filter out the scammers like these. We request refund from Kickstarter since it failed to do its own part. I want my $499 USD back.

I haven’t complained once till this point just due to out of sight out of mind but after reading everyone else’s comments I couldn’t agree more.....this is ridiculous. I’ve seen several new devices I would have purchased by now had I not contributed to this project.
