Dr. Stephens is one of the few faculty in BSDUSD who is interested in providing the resources for high school students to pursue a degree. It would be a loss for the school and for the students to let Dr. Stephens go.

A counselor from Borrego has never been as helpful Dr. Stephens. She opens up doors for all students, encourages them to strive for success, and makes everyone feel like they can/should reach for the stars.

You don't know if she does or doesn't do you? And she is a counselor and has a PHD for crying out loud. Teaching credential or not she knows exactly what she is doing and has the highest education in the district and cares the MOST about her students.

Creo que la verdad la escuela tiene trabajando a personas q realmente ganan demasiado y hacen poco para nuestros jovenes es triste que no valoren a las personas q realmente estan interesadas por el bienestar de todos los jovenes y su futuro tienen trabajandoa personas que no tienen ni una maestria y a las q estan preparadas las corren lo mismo paso con el maestro Tapia, con el sr Naranjo y el maestro Ruiz les hacen la vida imposible para q solos se vaya espero que el distrito tome cartas en el asusto porque somos padres preocupados por nuestro hijos.

Dra Stephens es una gran consejera para nuestros jóvenes estudiantes; la necesitan y nosotros como padres también, porque nos tiene informados de todo lo que se ofrece para cada grado. Los estudiantes la necesitan.

Dr. Stephens is the ONLY one who actually cares for students to have a successful life. Whether you are going to college or having a job right after high school, SHE CARES! She has helped me in so many ways with college applications. She's helped more than anyone combined at this school district. She does not see us as dollar sign, like other teachers and staff who do. Do not let someone go just because they have to high of a degree and cannot afford to pay her.

She has done more than anyone in that office would do for the students. SHE CARES. Dr. Stephens has been GREAT help for us students in relation to our future/other things for other students. We NEED her.
