Dear National Council members of the Boy Scouts of America, We who have inscribed our names, as youth and adult members of the Boy Scouts of America, petition you to keep the current membership requirements regarding homosexuality. We believe that, if you follow through with your proposed alteration of our policy, this action will result in the decay of BSA as an honorable organization. In the name of the Great Scoutmaster, we entreat you to uphold the meaning behind the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.
