I have waited a long time to thank you for the generous support you have shown in your posted comments, emails, phone calls and in person for the past two years. I am grateful to have had such a positive impact on so many lives while at Pratt and have loved every minute of it.
Professor Emeritus Status is an academic accolade I am happy to say that the Board of Trustees has conferred on me. Thank you for making the journey fun, challenging, intellectually stimulating and of course, much "Better Than Expected".

I was just looking through the recent messages and the stories about the old studio projects really brought me back to those late nights in the design labs. It is wild how much time has passed but seeing everyone connect here makes me feel like we are all still working on that same big messy project together.

Bruce is an amazingly passionate teacher, adviser, mentor who cares and wants the best for each of his students. Being in his class elevated my entire experience at Pratt, and steered my design career here in New York City. Here's to you, Bruce!
Bruce was a true educator, and always will be. His teaching and vision always went beyond the classroom boundaries. It was a holistic learning experience for me to have had the chance to work with him at many levels. It would be a wonderful achievement for Pratt to be able to name Bruce as a Professor Emeritus.
Inarguably one of Pratt Institute's great treasures. Bruce has brought distinction to each of his many roles: student, alum, designer, department chair, faculty and critic; yes, critic, which any community needs more of, not less!
Mr. Hannah is one of those very few individuals who, while demonstrating extraordinary commitment as an educator, has equally inhabited that rarefied air of design talent for which Knoll is well known. I am grateful for having had the opportunity to work with him and honored to endorse this petition on his behalf. Bravo.
It is a joy to work with Bruce and I appreciate him sharing his restaurant design classes with me. I learned more from Bruce and his young talents than they from me. Richard Bloch Pratt Bach. of Architecture 1966
MID 2007 Bruce deserves this. He embodies, exudes and promotes the fun that can be found in the design process. He was also always there and is a pillar of the institution. I'm late on this endorsement due to family illnesses but hope it went through. -ws

I highly support this nomination of Bruce Hannah. I known him since 1985, worked on a couple committees with him, have always admired his strengths as a leader with his enthusiasm, and charisma. talent, his devotion and love of teaching at Pratt for over 40 years.
