We cannot let this farce go on any more!

Being agradute student in STEM at University of Montreal, this repression of intellectual freedom, sincere and debated disagreement, and questioning is under threat, even here and in the most fundamental sciences.

This is a child protection issue that deserves serious investigation, and Dr Littman (and others!) should thus be supported in efforts to understand it more, not silenced.

we should all be for scientific TRUTH!

Truth needs to be the driver in all things!!

Integrity is an essential quality of education and educators.

We need further scientific research to ensure the best approach to helping our young people live full happy and healthy lives.

Academic research should not be dictated to by identity politics or from a fear of negative responses. Debate keeps a society alive and leads to harmony; suppression of ideas foments rebellion.

Science should be impervious to personal opinion.

It used to be that academics were regarded as having the vocation to pursue the truth at all costs risking ostracization by all for the sake of truth. Sadly when Dr Littman has done so she is punished by the very institution whose raison d'etre is the pursuit of truth and knowledge. Sadly it now seems that Brown university has lost an authentic interest in truly academic endeavors and rather now seeks the applause of a mediocratic status quo.

Struggling with my 14 year old wanting to transition FTM. Loving & accepting parent wanting to help support my child through this challenging & confusing time without doing permanent damage! Let the truth & research be told!

Please help us to help our children who are suffering immeasurably and who need to be given space and permission to wait and see how they develop, but instead are being swamped by the societal pressure to conform to an identity that will have life long and life changing consequences. Why is it controversial to want to protect children?

Please allow this important research to come to light and stand against the censorship of scientists and academics, who are forced to deny science, obscure truth, and sacrifice philosophical principle. It is of the gravest importance that more research into transgender youth is carried out, this is critical data that is essential to creating the best treatment path for children who are experiencing gender dysphoria.

This insanity must be stopped.

Transgender dogma must be actively resisted. Reality and evidence all the way. Not to mention academic freedom to discuss and analyse issues and acts undisturbed by the baying of a mob.
