My younger sister comes home each day with outrageous stories I can't believe I'm hearing in this day and age.

We need to make sure that these kids are protected. It is 2016; this narrative of racism in schools cannot continue, especially not in Brooklyn at a place of excellence which has helped mold a significant number of successful black/brown leaders. This is unacceptable.

I support these kids 100%. These students' voices must be heard and must be taken seriously.

Every student should feel comfortable and safe at school and it's the schools job to ensure it

My BTHS experience and memories were positive. All children should feel HS is a nurturing place to have positive experiences and grow into adulthood. Racism should not be allowed in an NYC public school.

How will you stop this if you don't care?

This is not the time to move backwards. When I attended BTech in 1995, I had or heard of no racial issues. It was quite the opposite, we made friends with people of all different backgrounds no matter the race or creed. A school like Tech should be promotiong intellect over ignorance!

I hope that this will help.

This ignorance needs to be dealt with and seems to be progressively getting worse since I graduated in 14'. Hope my signature helps.

Shocked and saddened to say the least! I am BTHS Alumni Class of 93. I was always proud of the diversity of our school. Get this fixed!

The Brooklyn Tech I attended was inclusion and a safe place for all. Let's do our part to ensure that it returns to its glory days.

I want Tech to be as inclusive as it was when I went there. Let's pray for a return....

As our neighborhoods are taken from us, education appears to be going also.
