Transparency should be #1 on the agenda, then, every discussion made without the knowledge of the regular membership for the past three years.
Many clubs have an outside management company running their communities and it may be our time to research that avenue.

The fact that Ellyn and I support requesting a Special Meeting for the reasons stated is not intended to reflect where we stand with respect to the issues facing BSC. In fact, although we believe there are issues to be resolved, we are not certain that we fully understand all of them and are hopeful that the Special Meeting will provide a source of information to better educate us with respect to them.
