I shouldn't have had to wait 27years and move continents to start playing rugby when I grew up in one of the most rugby mad countries in the world. Let's show South Africa what great athletes they're missing out on and inspire some young girls to pick up a ball

Treat the women the same as u do the men they train just as hard if not harder are just as committed if not more as the odds are against them. Catch a wake up!

I believe that this should be televised. This is a very up and coming side of the sport and should be seen by all.

Proper exposure for the women's game is much needed. It is seen as the fastest growing sport in the "rest of the world". I use that term because in South Africa it is not. The women's game is hidden from supporter's and in many cases they are forced to play on fields away from view, in order to perpetuate the view that "it does not draw spectators". The fact is however, that if you give it decent coverage, it WILL attract many more athletes and the standards will also increase!

As a rugby player myself, I feel strongly towards this petition. Our women need to be in the spotlight, maybe not as much as men but at least a little bit more than right now. Our country is struggling with the development of women's rugby and having just lost out on Olympics, we need to thrust rugby into the spotlight. I'm guessing 80% of our country doesn't even know we he a national team, that's pretty embarrassing. If we broadcast women's rugby not only will we attract more girls to start but we will begin a solid path to secure future tournament invitations.

Broadcast all women provincial games! 7s is officially an Olympic sport, all coverage must be equal.
