I know what goes on in the low income apartments in this town. My sister tried with all of her might to turn one around, to no avail. I live down the road and do not wish to be so close to those things. We are homeowners in the area and really don't want our property value to go down. I also do not wish for child's schooling to be affected by even more students which will cause overcrowding.

Our town is already full enough of junkies and bums we dont need to hand them any thing else. Claystone and cambridge have destroyed our town, dont add another.

We have enough low income housing in Lafayette. They bring nothing but trouble to the area

I agree this is not the place for this type of housing. Lafayette has enough problems as it is

I am totally against our property values being lowered or high crime in the area. Background checks don't insure our safety for us.

The last thing anyone needs around here is another Romney Meadows or Briarwood.

I have a ton of friends who live over there and I am in that area almost every single day for one reason or another. I think putting low income apartments in that area is an awful idea. I understand those people are not all bad but Lafayette does not need anymore issues than it already has, keep them on the other end of town or do not allow them here at all!

I live no where near here, but my children go to Dayton E S. I do not want the extra influx of children at our small "country" school.

I simple want to say that I dont support this being built beside my neighborhood and right beside the Daycare. I really think it would hurt the neighborhood.

I actually live in Brittany Chase and I've talked to a few other individuals that live there as well and if this falls through we will be putting the house up for sale.. And furthermore, why would you add this type of living right next to a daycare? Individuals who may not be able to get their lives together.. don't get me wrong best of wishes for them but seriously? Not a good idea..

As becoming a new homeowner in this neighborhood, I would like to say I am against the low income apartment building to be built as it will be a disturbance of our quiet neighborhood.
