I will not appreciate a low income apartment complex in front of my house. I have been in my home for 2 years. I have seen every home by the daycare go up and witnessed property values rise. I would not like to see a whole subdivision deserted because of this.

My mother lives in this area and has been there over 2 years. It's a nice area to live in with great neighbors. Adding an apartment complex right next to the addition would not be a wise choice. I vote to leave the grounds for commercial use or add more homes, not low income apartments in fear of it bringing the neighborhood down and deteriorating the value of the homes.
