Per federal law Howard should be with his rightful owner the VETERAN who worked with him in a COMBAT ZONE. This is not rocket science..... If money won't buy Howard back... The military should be all over this.....Howard is a military working dog retired with medals. Why do pictures show him in a crate with his mouth strapped closed?? And tied to a tree, no water or food in sight??
Make the right thing happen here and BRING HOWARD HOME.

It appalls me that Howard isn't being transferred back to Alex. He and Howard fought together; no to mention how they both risked their lives together to defend our country -- yes Mr. Fuller I understand that you've lost your job due to your current behavior -- in my opinion it was the least thing that needs to be done to you.
You should be ashamed of yourself. Alex and Howard were in Afghanistan to assure your safety too. I can't believe you have no more empathy than that. Finally, it's evident that you don't care for Howard -- how would you like to be chained to a tree? It's care like that you're giving Howard that only adds to the horrible reputation that poor Pities have already!

tell me how much this idiot wants to buy the dog and get him home and I'll pay it. I've got 2 dogs and a cat, all abuse or abandoned because the people didn't want the responsibility of having 'kids' . . yes, they are my kids and they sleep with me every night. I've had some of them 15/16 years and would do whatever I had to do to keep them safe and loved . . they aren't just animals, their family.
If you honestly love him, I'll do whatever I can to get him home.

Shame on you officer Fuller!!! Just shame on you!! I come from a family of veterans AND law enforcement and for you to be keeping this man's dog from him just goes to show how VERY LITTLE respect you yourself have for our hero's. If the shoe was on the other foot, you would want him back also ... so give him back his dog. You are wrong and if you do not do the right thing by giving Howard back to his rightful owner and allow both of them to heal each other .... God will have a special place waiting for you, that it inevitable, God will judge you and give you the hell you are putting this hero and Howard through now ...... by 10 fold!!! You go to bed tonight and read your bible sir and I hope when you wake up you will see the light ... open your eyes! Right now you are using your status (in my eyes) as a "police officer" to keep Howard from Alex. Just another fine example of how 1 bad/wrong cop will stain the rest of those who truly try to protect and serve. Shame, shame, shame on you.
