I'm a police officer and a veteran and I know deputy Fuller. I believe hes a good guy that will give the dog to soldier where he belongs.

How can anyone believe Deputy Fuller loves this dog when he chains him outside. Muzzled and cages him with no food, water, or even a blanket to prevent the elbow sores he has.
