Paul and Rachel Chandler are a decent hardworking British couple. In October 2009 they were kidnapped by pirates whilst sailing off the coast of the Seychelles. They are still in captivity over 6 months later. They are subjected to torture and caged like animals. The government refuses to help pay the ransom demanded by these pirates to bring this couple back to the UK. However, they, themselves have had more than this amount Illegally due to the expenses scandal, for duck boats etc.... It is an absolute outrage that money has more value than human life. I intend to collect online as many signatures as possible to send this petition to the Houses of Parliament. This couple have been to Hell and back and their nightmare is far from over.
