What happened to "innocent until proven guilty?" As a woman, mother, citizen of Albany County, NY, and also as a wife, I am absolutely disgusted and outraged. Because of a manipulative woman, full of hatred and deception, a woman who is by no means a mother, because of her sick thwarted ideals, she turned my husband into a MONSTER in the eyes of the laws, and anyone involved. No one ever once took the word of the children as they stated numerous times "Daddy never did that to me", they never once wanted to HEAR OUR SIDE of it, and see the accuser for whom she really is. Now, over a year and a half later, we are forced with no money, no attorneys, no faith really, to overturn this life long pain. My husband was ripped from our family, hasn't seen or spoken to 5 of his 8 children since January 5, 2009. Everyday he lives in hell and fear behind a huge wall and basically in a cage forced to live a 19 year prison sentence and 20 years post release supervision for a CRIME HE NEVER COMMIT.
