I have lived in the neighborhood right by the proposed site for 12 years. This is a great opportunity for Coribth and I hope city leaders do not pass it up. People are afraid of change but it's coming, working it's way up I35 no matter what. If not Buckees, it'll be something else that may not allow so many job opportunities or have as much profit to the community. It'll be nice to just walk a block or so to get milk.

This would be such a plus for our city! As with anything new we tend to look at all the negative aspects rather than the good. This is such a family oriented business. They have an excellent history of keeping their property clean and eye appealing. So much better than a strip center that will fall on it's face or another car dealership. This business provides a super tax base, jobs and a busness that will remain active for years!

I want tax dollars for Corinth. I do not want higher taxes. I don' want my tax dollars to go to Denton, Lewisville or any of the other surrounding communities. Now u ask you, if you buy property next to I-35, do you not expect commercial development???? Let's be fair. You should not punish the rest if the community because you made a bad judgement on buying property next to commercial property. Duh!!!!

Corinth needs a commercial tax base! Residential property taxes will be insufficent to fuel future infrastructure needs.
