good T.V. doesn\'t have to be trash

As a young adult and a former preschool teacher, I have seen my fair share of children\'s television in the past ten years. Boy has it changed! There has always been violence in Cartoons, what has changed is the type of violence. It used to be an anvil falling on the head of a animated animal, humans against evil creatures, or even people against people, but it was more like practlcle jokes than actual injuries. What do the girls watch I know there is no such thing as a boy cartoon and a girl cartoon, but when I was a kid we had Gummi Bears and My little Pony. My point, I think Jem and the Holograms should be put back on the air. Jem was a giving charitable person, a great roll model for young girls. She ran a home for runaway and problem girls and she also had an awsome band. It was an awsome mix of fantacy and life lessons, and the show containd almost no violence. Besides all this, Jem ROcked she was way better than Barbie and the Rockers! BRING JEM BACK!!!
