This needs to happen. I live downtown and there have been multiple times when I call to schedule a "yellow cab" and the driver fails to show up. I call dispatch again, and they have no record of my order. The cab system in Birmingham cannot handle the increasing volume of customers. BRING UBER AND LYFT

I use uber 5-10 times every other week across the U.S. It is a lot safer than a cab in Birmingham. Rafferty is a joke and is suspected of corruption with cab companies. She needs to be removed. The people have spoken and she refuses to represent us accordingly. #pathetic
