Please sign this petition if you are interested in bringing a Trader Joe's to the City of Falls Church! As The Little City grows, there is a need for a specialty grocer like Trader Joe's to be within walking distance to the growing city center, and to complement grocery options like Harris Teeter and the future Whole Foods to be built near the intersection of Broad and Washington streets. There is currently an opening for a 29,000 square foot ground floor grocery anchor at The Reserve at Tinner Hill, located at 540 and 580 South Washington Street. Let's see if we can get 1000 signatures to bring Trader Joe's into The Little City!

I have been walking past the site at Tinner Hill constantly while thinking about how much easier my own weekly grocery run would be if we had a local option. The feedback I keep seeing from neighbors confirms that many of you share this same vision for our daily commute and community convenience.

Seeing one hundred people sign this in just a few days shows me how much our neighborhood wants a better grocery option. Walking past that empty space at Tinner Hill feels a little less lonely knowing so many neighbors share this vision.

Trader Joes - my whole family adores you. We even take your goodies back to Scotland with us at Christmas time. Please come to the Tinner Hill in Falls Church so we can shop there all the time!
Because of Cavalier Trail, this TJ's would be a very pleasant walk from a huge family neighborhood! (mine!) Lots of us would walk or ride our bikes, and it would be so great to be able to shop at Trader Joe's regularly without fighting traffic or parking a car! Thanks for considering.
I would frequent this Traders Joe's weekly if it were to come to this location. There is a large residential base in the nearby community and Trader Joe's would offer a product selection that would differentiate it from nearby options.
TJs would be great in this location. I love the products but the hassle of traffic and parking deter me from visiting the Tyson's and Baily's locations more frequently. Having a TJs so close, I would be there 2-3 times a week at least.
I purchased a home in Falls Church specifically because we could walk easily to the grocery store and other great shops in the area, plus be near metro. Walk ability to healthy and fresh food options is critical to healthy, well-balanced and thriving communities that LAST.

This location would be a prime revenue producer for Trader Joe's and asset to the community. Similar to the Trader Joe's location in Old Town Alexandria which is also a few blocks from a Harris Teeter -- it would be a win-win!
