The lease is signed and construction is finally moving forward at Gulfstream Park. I am exhausted from this long haul but seeing our goal become a reality makes the struggle worth it. Keep an eye out for the grand opening announcement coming soon.
We desperately need a Trader Joe's in The Hallandale Beach or Aventura, Florida area. Gulfstream Park would be a great location! Plenty of Parking! Either city is fine. Just make it happen.
Potential locations:
18701 Biscayne Blvd, AventuraFL33180 (Next to HHGregg)
Gulfstream Park (right on the Hallandale/Aventura line) has plenty of room to build, and could use a boost in client traffic.
Seeing this level of support for a local store honestly drains the exhaustion right out of me. It is clear I am not the only one tired of driving miles for groceries. We keep pushing because the demand is far too obvious to ignore.

One hundred signatures arrived this morning. It is exhausting work to keep pushing for something that feels ignored but seeing this number makes me feel a little less alone in the effort.

Gulfstream, south end, has a perfect location that used to be a market. Easy access, tons of parking, in Broward - but will attract Aventura and Hallandale. Would be a total hit!

As the resident of Hallandale Beach. I am a strong supporter of Trader Joe coming to Aventura. Every single week, me and my wife drive to either Davie or FLL locations for shopping and hopefully soon the store will be close enough to shorten our commute.

I moved down here from MA to find to my surprise that the closest Trader Joe's is in Pembroke Pines. That is no good! We 100% need one here in Aventura, it will generate so much revenue for the city and I know everyone wants one! Please make it happen!

Please!!!!!!!!! We are missing a Trader Joe’s!! Whole Foods in Aventura is always way too packed out the doors. Trader Joe’s is far better store and it will bring incredible additional revenue! There’s no reason to hesitate opening up a branch here more central in south Florida.

Yes! Trader Joes in Aventura! Now that HHGregg is out of business(the old Borders books location), I would love to see this wonderful market! They would do phenomenal business! Especially since Epicure has closed in Sunny Isles!
