UP to robbing me of my money! I am paying for a service I am not receiving. They cannot and should not be able to get away with this.

All of that pressure to renew my lease over a year early and then they don't even follow through with their promises. They are essentially criminals, as they are robbing me, charging my for services that I am not receiving.

Finding out the shuttle wasn't going downtown for late night was a complete outrage. It incredibly devalued the housing option.

I didn't live with my roommates from last year because I didn't think the bus at UP was real and they wanted to live in UP, turns out I was right and I saved myself a ton of money by not having to pay for cabs living downtown.
