For the benefit of students in the Garland ISD School district, we propose an amendment to be made to student cafeteria lunches. Without the option of off-campus lunch, cafeteria lunches are where the majority of student lunches come from. That being said the cafeteria lunches are almost inedible, to say the least. As most students would agree, they are packed with preservatives and are simply just not quality food. This was not always the case, although since the National Laws have changed, so did the quality of our lunches. If not give us better options for a school lunch, please at least give us edible, quality food. Let's fix school lunches and get people to actually eat in the cafeteria instead of going without food until they can forge at home. We are the future of this country, we should be able be trusted with making our own decisions and be educated of the consequences of those decsions, rather than the decisions be made for us, as that is not how it will be when we get thrown into the world.
