We appreciate all the effort that Nickelodeon has done to bring the old cartoons back. However, having just a programming block just isn't enough. Especially when it's on a channel a lot of people don't have and the only shows airing re-runs are All That, Kenan and Kel, Clarissa Explains It All, and Doug. Cartoon Network has Boomerang, so why can't the old cartoons from Nick have their own channel too?
